1. Order Confirmation

  • All orders must be confirmed via our Website.
  • Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.
2. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery is available within [4-5 km radius]. Additional charges apply for distances beyond this range.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on traffic, weather, and order volume but the ETA (Estimated time of Arrival) is 45 minutes after the KPT (Kitchen Prepration Time) is completed.
3. Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made via any UPI and Bank Transfer.
  • Prepaid orders are non-refundable except in cases of non-delivery by us.
5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after placing them.
  • Refunds are applicable only for canceled prepaid orders or for valid disputes such as wrong/damaged items.
  • The refund amout will reflect in 1 to 2 days.
6. Food Quality and Liability

  • We ensure the highest quality of food and hygiene. However, we are not liable for any allergic reactions or issues arising after delivery.
  • Customers are advised to check ingredients for allergens before consumption.
  • We only can share feedbacks with merchants for quality concerns.
7. Customer Responsibility

  • Ensure accurate delivery details are provided. Any delay or non-delivery due to incorrect information will not be refunded.
8. Privacy Policy

  • Customer information (e.g., name, address, contact details) will be used solely for order processing and delivery.
  • We do not share your personal data with third parties.
9. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of disputes, please contact us within 4 hours of delivery.
10. Item Images

  • Products may be different from the images you have seen on our website as the images are taken from the internet to fulfill the requirements.
11. Changes to Terms

  • These terms may be updated periodically. Please review them before placing an order.
